At CaseDrop, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we have developed the following returns policy to help guide you through the process. Please read the information below carefully, as our return policy differs depending on whether the product is personalised or non-personalised.
Personalised Products
Due to the nature of personalised products, we are unable to accept returns for any item that has been personalised, customised, or made to order. This includes, but is not limited to, personalised phone cases, tumblers, and drinkware. Once a product has been personalised, it can no longer be resold, and therefore, we cannot offer a return under any circumstances.
Please double-check all details for accuracy when placing your order to ensure the product is exactly what you want, as we cannot process returns or exchanges on personalised items.
Non-Personalised Products
We understand that non-personalised products might not always meet your expectations. If you wish to return a non-personalised item, we offer the following return options:
30 Day Return Period: If you purchased a product from our store and would like to return it for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect resale condition. You must also have informed us that you wish to return the item(s) within the first 14 days from the date your item(s) were delivered.
How to Return an Item
Before returning any product, you must first contact us via email or our contact form to request a Return ID. Once a Return ID has been issued, please follow the instructions for returning your item.
The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.
Please note that products that are returned without a Return ID or outside of the allowable return period will not be processed or refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
